What we collect
The contact form is the only point on this site that collects personal data. It takes:
- First and last name — required
- Email address — required
- Phone number — optional
- Subject and message — optional
- The interface language you used (TR, EN, FR or DE)
- The IP address the form was sent from — solely to detect abuse and spam
Why we process it
The data is used only to assess the enquiry you sent, answer your question and get back to you.
It is not added to marketing lists, not sold to third parties, and not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis
Data from the contact form is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting it. The form cannot be sent without that consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@naimkahveci.com.tr. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the form are kept for a maximum of two years after the enquiry is closed, and deleted at the end of that period.
If an advisory engagement begins, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply and you will be informed separately.
If you withdraw consent, your data is deleted without undue delay unless another legal ground requires it to be kept.
Who we share it with
Form content is delivered only as an email to contact@naimkahveci.com.tr, via the mail infrastructure of the site's hosting provider.
Beyond that, your data is not shared with any third party, save for disclosures to competent authorities where legally required.
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no visitor tracking, advertising or analytics tool.
Your browser does, however, contact two external services while rendering the page, and those services can technically see your IP address:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — to load the site's typefaces, on every page
- Google "Preferred Sources" widget (news.google.com) — on blog pages only
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Visitors in the European Union
If you are in the European Union, you additionally hold the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Use the same email address for those requests.
Changes
This policy is updated when the site's operation or the applicable legislation changes. The update date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
