Project CodeP—042

Context

This project addresses Optimization of Direct Debit Receivables Discounting within the credit & risk agenda. The original project design was developed as a practical banking initiative, with emphasis on process ownership, system support, measurable controls and implementation at operating-unit level.

Project Framework

The public framework focuses on four layers: the business problem and target state; process and decision rules; required data, workflow and channel integration; and KPI-based monitoring after implementation. Institution-specific thresholds, screen designs, algorithms and commercially sensitive parameters are intentionally not published.

Expected Value

The expected value is a more controlled and measurable operating model: lower manual workload and error risk where automation is relevant, stronger customer or revenue outcomes where commercial performance is central, and clearer management information for continuous improvement.
