Context
This project addresses Treasury FX Arbitrage System Optimization within the treasury & markets agenda. The original project design was developed as a practical banking initiative, with emphasis on process ownership, system support, measurable controls and implementation at operating-unit level.
Project Framework
The public framework focuses on four layers: the business problem and target state; process and decision rules; required data, workflow and channel integration; and KPI-based monitoring after implementation. Institution-specific thresholds, screen designs, algorithms and commercially sensitive parameters are intentionally not published.
- Business problem and target-state definition
- Process, decision and control architecture
- Data, workflow and channel integration
- KPI, ownership and post-implementation monitoring
Expected Value
The expected value is a more controlled and measurable operating model: lower manual workload and error risk where automation is relevant, stronger customer or revenue outcomes where commercial performance is central, and clearer management information for continuous improvement.
