Online Service Terms

Online Service Terms

This page explains the general commercial framework for online advisory services. A specific engagement is formed only through acceptance of the written proposal and engagement agreement sent to you.

1. Preliminary Request and Formation of Engagement

The web form is a preliminary request only and does not create an advisory relationship. Scope, deliverables, fee, payment plan, timeline and assignment-specific terms are confirmed in writing. Services begin only after acceptance and receipt of the required payment/deposit.

2. Fees and Taxes

Website prices are indicative starting fees unless stated otherwise. Final price, applicable taxes and expenses are disclosed in the written proposal.

3. Client Information

The client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful provision of information and documents. Unless separately agreed, such information is not independently audited or verified.

4. Nature of Professional Opinion

Financial analysis, valuation, cash-flow work and models may rely on forecasts and assumptions. No future price, credit decision, investment return, financing result or commercial success is guaranteed.

5. Excluded Services

Falsifying accounting records, regulated investment advice or portfolio management, legal advice and tax advice are outside scope unless expressly and lawfully agreed with an appropriately authorised provider.

6. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Mandatory Rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Withdrawal, cancellation, commencement of work and completed-service provisions are stated in the assignment-specific agreement according to client type and applicable law.

7. Liability

Liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. The scope of liability and any contractual limitations are stated in the engagement agreement for each assignment.

8. Confidentiality and Data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Sensitive documents are not requested through the initial enquiry form.

9. Intellectual Property

Rights to use reports, models and deliverables are set out in the agreement. Pre-existing methods, templates, know-how and general methodologies of Naim Kahveci remain his unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Priority

This page is a general commercial framework. If it conflicts with an accepted assignment-specific proposal or engagement agreement, that agreement prevails.

Note: This is a general framework; final rights and obligations are set out in the assignment-specific agreement.
